Bedrooms

The villa features three spacious bedrooms, decorated with soft tones and elegant touches to ensure a peaceful and restful night’s sleep. Each room includes comfortable beds, air conditioning, and ample wardrobe space for your convenience.

Bathrooms

With three fully equipped bathrooms and one additional WC, the villa provides everything you need for your daily care. Each space features a modern design and is stocked with luxury toiletries and soft towels.

Garden & BBQ Area

Unwind in our lush private garden, or host a barbecue evening with your loved ones. The outdoor space is ideal for family gatherings, leisurely afternoons, or simply relaxing under the Greek sun.

Fitness Room

Stay in shape during your holiday in our fully equipped fitness area, featuring a treadmill, stationary bike, multi-gym machine, dumbbells, and yoga mats. Whether you’re into cardio, strength training, or stretching, this space has everything you need.

The gym is well-lit, calm, and inspiring, with a view of the sea that encourages focus and serenity. You can work out any time of day, at your own pace, in total privacy.

Additionally, the private balcony adjacent to the gym is perfect for yoga or pilates, surrounded by fresh air and peaceful scenery. Mats are provided for your comfort and proper body alignment.

This view blends the natural beauty of the sea with the greenery of the villa’s private garden, creating a truly idyllic setting for rest and rejuvenation.

📌 General Terms

1. Respect the Property
   Guests are expected to treat the villa and its contents with care. Damaging, moving, or misusing furniture, appliances, or equipment is not allowed.

2. Quiet Hours
   Please respect local quiet hours: 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM and 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, especially in outdoor areas.

3. Maximum Occupancy
   The villa accommodates up to 7 guests. Overnight stays by additional persons are not permitted without prior approval.

4. Pets
   Pets are NOT allowed.

5. Smoking
   Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Designated outdoor areas are available for smokers.

6. Check-In Time 4 PM, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Check-Out Time
   Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed. Please leave the property in an orderly condition.

🔐 Safety & Liability

6. Damage & Breakage Policy
   A property inspection will take place upon check-out.
   Any damage, loss, or breakage will be assessed, costed accordingly, and must be paid for by the guests responsible for the booking.

7. Personal Belongings
   The villa management is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal items during your stay.

8. Use of Pool & Facilities
   Use of the private pool, gym, BBQ area, and all other amenities is at the guests’ own risk.
   Children must always be supervised by adults.

🧾 Cleanliness & Check-Out

9. Cleanliness
   The villa is delivered clean and fully equipped. Guests are kindly asked to maintain basic cleanliness during their stay.

10. Check-Out Time
    Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed. Please leave the property in an orderly condition.
